We used Jessica's services for the pregnancy and delivery of my fourth child. I had delivered two in my home previously, so this was not new, but this was our first time to have Jessica helping us. I loved her calm supporting manor, I loved how supportive she was of both me and my husband, her focus on helping me have the delivery I wanted, and her support of my three other kids. She was not pushy but willing to voice her research on topics, and let us make the decisions we felt best. Her approach to everything was focused on what was sensible rather than on a need to check off a list. I felt her approach to labor really helped me prepare for and progress through my delivery smoothly. I had never had a short delivery before and did not expect one this time. When my labor started I kept thinking about what Jessica had said about a person being able to have the delivery they wanted. I kept thinking that I was going to help this one happen peacefully, quickly and smoothly. It did. I felt more prepared than ever, and focused on paying attention to what was happening, focusing on helping in whatever way felt right. This was my most peaceful pregnancy and delivery. I would definitely use Jessica again if I had another child, and recommend her to anyone else!
